Quality Manager / Quality Assurance

This is an opportunity for an independent person with a pleasant personality who likes to travel, resolve and assure quality issues and at the same time enhance his expertise.

Tasks
– Maintenance and Update of the QM Handbook with certification guidelines
– Supervision and Evaluation of the QM – System
– Internal Audits
– Communication with public authorities
– Supervision of control, measurement and production instruments
– Control of production standards
– Maintenance and update of work instructions
– Handling of technical documentation
– Technical training in-house and of customers
– Working around 50% in the headquarter and 50% from home office

Profile
– Between around 35 to 55 years of age
– Engineering degree, preferably in medical field
– Experience in Quality Management, preferably Medical Devices (not a must) or the pharmaceutical industry
– IT Know how
– Pleasure in performing technical trainings
– Good command of English

Personality
Dynamic, acting independently, endures and ambitious, analytical thinking,
loyal, positive approach with customers, convincing, high service level, good team player
